O’Neal stated he found out about the company through a friend and after doing research was really drawn to LOYAL3’s concept and business strategy, particularly the companies mission to give non-traditional investors access to IPO’s (initial public offerings).

Marketwatch.com states “Unlike in a typical IPO distribution, where buyers are hand-picked by bankers and the sellers, the shares sold through LOYAL3 are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis to the companies’ customers or the general public, in amounts ranging from $100 to $10,000”.

Shaquille O’Neal, who grew up an Army brat, is by all accounts very humble especially for a man 7ft 350 pounds and worth $350 according to CelebrityNetWorth.com. O’Neal says, “I was the first mega superstar to get rid of his $100 shoe deal, and now I sell affordable shoes at Walmart and stores like that,” O’Neal says. “I’m all about the guys who go to work every day and need a paycheck for their family.”

LOYAL3 CEO Barry Schneider, “wants to make it easy and affordable for everyday people to invest in the stock market and even IPO’s”, he also says, “Before LOYAL3, you read a lot about IPOs that only certain people and friends and family can get their hands on,” he says. “LOYAL33 is all about the common man.”

According to the company website, LOYAL3 has participated in
IPO’s such as web domain giant GoDaddy, mega movie chain AMC and action camera maker GoPro.
